Meet Ashleigh
Ashleigh began her career in wellbeing as a meditation and mindfulness teacher focusing on emotional regulation and self-expression. She now supports women, girls, and non-binary people to reconnect with themselves in a gentle, empowering and non-judgmental space.
An experienced therapist, Ashleigh specialises in working with sensitive souls, neurodivergent minds, mothers facing burnout, those navigating relationship challenges, and survivors of abuse and domestic violence.
She brings a rich blend of personal insight and professional expertise, drawing on her training as a creative arts therapist, EFT tapping facilitator, and neuroaffective touch practitioner to offer deeply attuned, trauma-informed care.
In her personal time, you’ll find her chasing sunsets over the valley, soaking up creativity at local artisan markets, hunting for hidden gems in op shops, or tucked away in her studio, nurturing her lifelong love of fibrecrafts.
With over a decade of personal development and a lifetime of compassionate care work, her journey has included environmental activism, volunteering alongside people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage, many years of committed vegetarian living, and standing proudly alongside the LGBTQIA+ community.
